You will receive confirmation email from UPS once your order has been shipped. This occurs after a processing period of 2-3 working days, depending on stock levels.
Email us if you would like find to out the status of your order once shipped. All orders are tracked. Also, we use a secure carrier like UPS. Upon booking the shipment UPS will send you your tracking number on your supplied email address. Based on this tracking number you can track your parcel and see the estimated time of arrival. Please contact us if you require a special shipping service and we can try our best to arrange this for you, for example, if you need insurance of transport please advise or notify us by sending an email to info@wheelair.eu. Please Note: Our standard transportation does not include insurance. We ship internationally.

WheelAir International BV is situated in the Netherlands. From the Netherlands we ship to destinations all over the world.
As our product contains a Lithium-Ion cell battery we ship under the dangerous good regime of IATA – UN3841. If a larger quantity than 1 unit is being ordered special labels are needed on our packaging. This can mean for several countries or destinations that costs of shipment can be higher than estimated at first, but also can suffer from delay in delivery time due to checks on the consignment by UPS or forwarder at destination. Please note, this can occur during transit. WheelAir is not liable for any delay in this regard.
IMPORTANT: Delivery outside EU
All deliveries from WheelAir warehouse Netherlands are done by UPS. We have issued UPS with the service of custom clearing and collection of duties and VAT upon delivery outside the EU. In this regard UPS will invoice you for the VAT and Duties to be paid to the country of destination. WheelAir will ensure invoicing without VAT and provide the shipment with a specified “commercial invoice” based upon the HS tariff codes and proof of Origin per item (used globally) for custom purposes with each shipment.
Customer is bound to pay UPS the raised Duties and VAT upon delivery of the products. Payment can be done via wire transfer before delivery. On the UPS website/tracking there is an option to pay the duties online and upfront. Second option is to pay the driver in cash or via terminal by card (service is not always available for some destinations). WheelAir International BV has no part in the outstanding balance of Duties and VAT towards UPS due to the ex. Works delivery purchase.
IMPORTANT: Delivery inside EU – private persons
All deliveries from Wheelair warehouse Netherlands are done by UPS. The invoice send by Wheelair International BV will include 21% VAT according to the NL tax regime.
